1. When will my order arrive?
I process all orders and ship them out on Fridays, so your order will arrive by ground transportation in the US usually in about 3-5 days after that. Please contact me if you are ordering from outside of the US.
2. What will be in the package?
I sign all originals and prints. They come in a sealed cellophane sleeve with a signed Certificate of Authenticity in safe, rigid packaging.
3. What materials do you use?
Original drawings and illustrations are done on Strathmore Bristol 400 Series using archival inks. Giclée prints are made from 225gsm 100% cotton acid-free paper with archival pigments. For drawing I use a lead holder with 2H lead, .01 and .03 microns, a Tombow hard tip pen, and a Pentel brush pen.
4. What is your refund policy?
Sales of originals are final to prevent overhandling and to reduce the chances of damage via travel and shipping. If you are completely unsatisfied with your prints, please contact me within 14 days of original purchase. If the print can be safely returned, I will refund you 100%.
5. Didn't I see you on Etsy??
Yes! I also have a separate shop on Etsy where I sell my watercolor works. They're usually a much different style to the graphic works found here, but feel free to check them out anyway!
